If you are senior, it can be hard to believe that you are about a month away from entering the real world. This last month of school is filled with a variety of emotions, many of which can be summed up by the classic sitcom, The Office. Because who can sum up your internal monologue better than Michael Scott and the rest of the Dunder Mifflin crew?
That feeling when you look at all of your syllabi and realize you have 10 papers, 3 projects, oh, and finals, all due before graduation
The classic move of dodging all of the underclassmen who are recruiting for next year’s activities because, uh, you won’t be here anymore
When you impart your senior wisdom to all of the underclassmen around you
When you and all of your friends are soaking up all of the time you have left until you all move across the country in two months
When you are petting Gordo, everyone’s favorite therapy dog, one last time
When you are reminiscing with all of your freshman hall mates but can’t cry because it’s not graduation yet
When the senioritis *really* kicks in
When you can’t wait to show your loved ones how much you’ve learned in college
When you complete your major, but realize you may have checked out sometime between the intro class and your senior seminar
And when you realize that four years has flown by so fast!
