Her Campus Celebrity: Tatiana Bull

This article is written by a student writer from the Her Campus at WM chapter.

Tatiana Bull

Year: 2015

Major/minor:  I’m doubling in Elementary Education and Literary and Cultural Studies.

Where are you from? Northern Virginia specifically Woodbridge, Virginia

What do you like to do in your free time? I like to look up poetry videos on Youtube.  They are so calming and deep!

Best thing about William and Mary: the friendly people

Favorite Food: Shrimp alfredo pasta

What do you look for in a guy? The guy has to be respectful and have a nice smile.  The smile is a definite must and I would like a good personality.  Looks are definitely in there too.  I think the clichéd guy is my perfect guy.  He is funny and has the whole package.

How would you describe your style? Very chill and laid back.  I generally don’t care what I’m wearing.  I don’t dress up every day, but on occasion I like to wear nice things.  I just wear regular shirts.  Being comfortable is first.

Who is/are your favorite celeb (s) and why? Emma Stone is my favorite celeb because she is very chill and goofy.  She is an amazing actress.  My second choice is Naya Rivera because she seems like a fun person.  Her character on Glee is really great.

What got you into rapping? When I was in 5th grade, my cousin and I saw this group called B5 on BET.  From there, my cousin and I were going to start a group with two of our friends.  We recorded a video on our cell phone and from then on I started randomly doing music.

Who is your music inspiration? Lauryn Hill.  Everyone loves her.  She is deep.

What is/are your favorite movie (s) and why? Mean girls, it’s a classic.  Everything in there is quotable! How To Lose a Guy in 10 Days is also a class and Kate Hudson does a great job in it!  Pitch Perfect is my new favorite!!  I love it!!

Where would you have your ideal date and what would you do? I think the best date would be Disneyworld because it’s just so magical.  You see engagement things on Youtube and it seems so cute and plus I love amusement parks.

What is the most interesting thing you’ve done? Jet skiing in the Dominican Republic

What is the best place you’ve visited? Dominican Republic.  The beach is beautiful, the water is nice, and the men there are beautiful…

What clothing style do you look for in a potential boyfriend? The California boy style

What has been your favorite class at William and Mary? My most interesting class I’ve taken is the Study of Language.  It wasn’t easy, but it was the most interesting.

Favorite quote: “No pressure, no diamonds”

Biggest pet peeve: I have a lot.  My biggest one though is when people say they’ll do something, but they never follow through with it.

What is your favorite genre of music?  Hip hop and R&B

Favorite song (at the moment) Die in Your Arms (the Remix) by Ariana Grande

What is the best memory you’ve had here at William & Mary (so far): William and Mary Day at Busch Gardens; I got to ride the Verbolten and it had a lot of surprises so I really loved that.

Future aspirations/goals: Although I am studying elementary education and Literary & Cultural Studies, I am passionate about the entertainment business.  I want a job in that field.  I have to work extra hard to get into the entertainment industry because the majors I’m pursuing are different, but I hope to achieve this goal after graduation.

Where do you see yourself in five years: I see myself working in the entertainment industry.  Hopefully, in California or New York.
