In recent months, clips from Emma’s podcast have been all over my TikTok ‘For You’ Page. After finally taking a listen, it was clear why Anything Goes is ranked 43 on Apple Podcast Top Charts. On her podcast, Emma talks on a range of personal topics from anxiety to relationships and intimacy to funny stories. As the cold weather approaches and we are stuck inside, Anything Goes with Emma Chamberlain is the perfect podcast to keep you company.

2. Mile Higher

With spooky season upon us, this true-crime podcast is sure to keep you in the spirit. Hosted by husband & wife duo Josh Thomas and Kendall Rae, these two dive into a plethora of chilling topics including true crime, conspiracy theories, unexplained phenomena, futurism, and ancient civilizations. Mile Higher is one of my favorite podcasts to listen to curled up in my pajamas.

3. On Purpose with Jay Shetty

For many of us, seasonal depression is a real and pressing issue we face.  On Purpose with Jay Shetty is a podcast dedicated to working through mental blocks and spreading wisdom. With expert guests and an experienced host, this podcast offers a deep dive into your own consciousness and mindfulness.

4. Lore

Crisping weather, darker days, and falling leaves gets me excited for some scary stories. The podcast Lore leaves you nothing short of a large selection of dark historical tales exploring mysterious creatures, tragic events, and unusual places. This podcast is for-sure made for hard-core horror fans who need a good spook

As life starts to freeze alongside the weather, sometimes you need a little pick-me-up to keep you going. These podcasts will do just that. Whether you’re looking for spooky stories to get you in the fall mood, or you simply just feel in need of a mental break, podcasts are always the perfect option for a chill night at home.
