Can you tell me a little bit about Prime Social Group?
Prime Social Group is a promotional company for concerts, nightlife and other entertainment events. It grew from a small promotional company present in just a few college campuses but has expanded into an international promotional company, working acts like Avicii, Kid Cudi and Bob Saget.
How did you get involved in promoting?
I knew someone who ran a promotional company in Miami and New York. He introduced me to the founder/owner of Prime Productions Entertainment that did promotions at a few college campuses, including Wisconsin. It then merged with Social Studyz to form Prime Social Group.
Do you get to go to concerts for free?
I typically get free VIP access to shows and occasionally get a chance to meet the acts.
What was your favorite event that Prime Social sponsored?
My favorite event was probably Tiesto at the Alliant Energy Center recently here in Madison.
What events are coming up?
For this semester in Madison, we have David Berrie at the Orpheum on Oct. 14 and Bob Saget at the Orpheum on Nov. 4 confirmed. We also have many great events with big names in the works soon to be released.
