This ultra chic senior from Los Angeles knows style when she sees it. It may as well be her middle name! From studying abroad in Paris this past spring, to maxin’ and relaxin’ in the California sunshine while home for the summer, Natalie has got a lot to say about her ride or die fashion must-haves.

Rae Wright: Which celebrities have most influenced your style?

Natalie Ward: I am currently obsessed with Vanessa Hudgens, Olivia Palermo and fashion bloggers OracleFox and TashOakley.

RW: Your number one biggest fashion DON’T:

NW: My pet peeve is an outfit that doesn’t match.

RW: Your number one biggest fashion DO:

NW: Stick with simple, staple pieces and add in chunky accessories, dope shoes or layers to make it your own.

RW: Your best fashion advice to someone who is struggling:

NW: Don’t overthink it, be yourself.

RW: Favorite fall fashion trend:

NW: Patchwork jeans and oversized coats

RW: Sweatpants or tights?

NW: Track pants

RW: Sneakers or boots?

NW: Sneakers – ask me tomorrow, though, and my answer will be different

RW: White t-shirts or graphic t-shirts?

NW: Crisp white tee

RW: Wedges or heels?

NW: Booties are my go-to.

RW: Midrise or high-waisted jeans?

NW: Midrise

RW: Sweaters or sweatshirts?

NW: Sweater weather is my favorite time of year.

RW: Dark hues or light hues?

NW: Dark hues

RW: If you could wear one brand for the rest of your life, what would it be?

NW:  All Saints for everything, James Perse for basics

So there you have it, ladies. Layers, sweaters, boots, and warm, dark hues. What could be better for this month’s transition into fall wear? My vote— absolutely nothing.
