  1. Quaker’s old Fashioned Oats– Warm up your mornings with some fiber-filled  oatmeal.

 

  1. Frozen Vegetables– Buy frozen foods! This way you can steer clear of the produce aisle prices, but not its nutritional benefits. 

 

  1. Whole grained pasta– the recipe possibilities are endless!

 

  1. Brown rice– is a great cooking staple that goes well with practically everything.

 

  1. Bananas- You don’t have to be rich, to get something rich in potassium and fiber!

 

  1. Dried Beans- Although they are less expensive than their canned counterpart, they still pack the same amount of protein.

 

  1. Eggs- enormous amount of health benefits makes this them worth every penny.

 

  1. Coupons– Don’t let the krazy coupon lady  on TLC’s Extreme Couponing; scare you away from using coupons! Clipping coupons is cool!
