What made you want to be the president for Renison’s college council? I just really wanted to get involved and make first year a very fun and exciting experience for everyone living in Renison this year!

What do you hope to accomplish this year? I hope to plan a lot of great events for the people in Renison this year, making it a year that they will never forget.

Any advice for girls who want to take on a presidential role for a club/council? If you want to get involved, do it! It’s a great experience, plus it’s a ton of fun!

What other things are you involved in with the UW community? I’m on the varsity figure skating team and also a member on the Inter College Council.

How are you able to successfully balance your time? I keep track of everything by using a planner, making sure that I have everything that I need to do written down.

What do you find is your biggest challenge? The biggest challenge for me is dealing with things that unexpectedly come up or when time management isn’t enough and that’s when I really rely on my friends and my mom to help through.

Your mantra: I don’t really have mantra, I just take things one day at a time.

I'm a fourth year student at the University of Waterloo currently enrolled in the Global Business & Digital Arts program. I have a passion for UX, social media, writing, marketing and networking!
