It’s been a couple of days after the big Thanksgiving feast and you’ve been eating leftovers for two straight days. You can only eat the same combination for so long. Here are three ways to spice up your leftovers.

1. Make a Sandwich

Lisa Fotios

A sandwich is an easy way to make leftovers less boring and you can easily vary the proportions and things you put in your sandwich so it does not get boring. Famously, Ross from the series Friends made the “Moist Maker” the day after Thanksgiving.

2. Thanksgiving Pizza

Instead of barbecue chicken pizza, you can make barbecue turkey pizza. It is very easy and fun to roll out the dough and make pizzas so why not top them with leftover turkey, vegetable sides, and lots of cheese.

3. Savory Pie

You might have had your fair share of pumpkin or apple pie, but what about a savory pie. All you need is filo puff pastry dough laid out on the bottom of a pan then fill with your favorite thanksgiving food then place a few more sheets of filo on top. Voila savory pie.
