The spring semester is finally here! With classes starting to pick up, here are the best ways to get prepared for this upcoming semester.
1) Get a planner/use an online calendar. There are a lot of events and assignments at the start of the semester, and it is easy to lose track of what needs to be done.
2) Keep living spaces organized. A clean room is always nice to walk into after a stressful day :)
3) Set aside time for relaxation. It can be detrimental to your mental health if this does not occur.
4) Get sleep! It’s easy to get caught up in the workload, but sleep is SO important.
5) Exercise! Physical health is super important as well, and exercising provides a great break from schoolwork.
6) Spend time with friends. Friends always make situations better :)
