Physical strength is something to be admired, but what about internal strength? What about the internal strength it takes to handle personal problems, relationships and responsibilities?

Humans have been adapting since the beginning of time. We adapt to seasons, times, jobs, relationships, you name it. Adaptation comes with the changing of the things we cannot control, and so many things are out of our hands in this world that adaptability is a key characteristic of strength, a super strength if you will.

The way we all live our lives daily has changed drastically. Change has become a routine occurrence, with unknown possibilities hanging consistently and will continue to until this all passes. We have to be able to take each day and do what it takes it to get through it.

Adaptability is defined by how YOU choose to react. It is defined by how you react to things, what you let influence you and how you let things take effect.

How we adapt and how we handle what we are faced with determines our fate. Our happiness is dependent on adaptability. I have always said mindset is everything. Going into anything with the wrong mindset will undeniably spoil it, but a positive and determined mindset will prove to be rewarding.

Life is going to throw things at us that we never could have prepared for and that is a part of life, and even if we thought we were prepared we could still get it wrong.

You have to learn to roll with the punches. Life is not always sunshine and flowers. Real-life is hard and not nearly as glamorous as in television shows or movies. Accepting that and still finding happiness in whatever you can is what makes you strong.

You are more than capable of whatever it is that needs adapting to, whether it be now or in the future. In the blink of an eye, our lives can be entirely different than the day before. Recent events have reminded us of that, and hopefully, it will be a reminder that things will always be changing. We will always be adapting just like we are supposed to and it will all be just fine.
