HC: How and why did you get involved in managing the Villanova Basketball Team?
MO: “I played basketball and baseball in high school, but unfortunately my skill set didn’t translate to the Division I Basketball level. I still wanted to be involved with basketball in some capacity, so I figured being a manager would be a good way to stay involved. I still am exposed to the sport, but I am also learning valuable skills that I can apply to a future career in sports.”
HC:What is your favorite part about being a manager?
MO: “The family atmosphere that Villanova Basketball creates is something I truly cherish and motivates me to work as hard as I can everyday at practice and behind the scenes. It is satisfying to see our handwork translate to success on and off the court.”
HC: What was your favorite game this season?
MO: “Kansas! We put all of the pieces together and beat a great team that is one of the most reputable programs in the country. We’re not done yet, though!”
HC: Do you have any predictions for the Oklahoma game on Saturday?
MO: “If we play forty minutes of Villanova Basketball, there isn’t a team in the country that we can’t beat!”
