This article is written by a student writer from the Her Campus at VCU chapter.

I had the delight of interviewing various VCU students who pledge to take on the challenge to loving themselves by give up their beauty crutch as a part of Her Campus VCU’s beauty crutch challenge. The challenge will begin on Feb 23 and end on March 1. I hope you start the challenge to loving yourself because you are beautiful with or without your beauty crutch!
