WWTJD (What Would TJ Do) about Finals Stress?

This article is written by a student writer from the Her Campus at UVA chapter.

Dear TJ,

As the holidays approach and finals loom around the corner, I’ve been starting to feel more stressed out. I don’t really know how to deal with my stress. Help!

Sincerely,

Why are there already Christmas Carols playing in the mall

Dear Premature Christmas Carols,

During this glorious time of year it is important to take care of your overall health. I have personally found that there is nothing quite like exercise to cure a low spirit. As I have said before “Walking is the best possible exercise. Habituate yourself to walk very fast.”  Even if this seems to be more of a New England manner of travel, I promise you it will reap you the reward of getting to class in a timelier manner, and it shall boost your overall sense of well-being.

Additionally, tis always good to take precaution against the unholy amount of turkey that you will no doubt be consuming within a fortnight. So cheer up, limit your mall exposure, and make sure to take advantage of the outdoor air, as it is the best remedy to your qualms.
