I don’t know about you, but I’ve really been going through it. Nothing has been going right. And if it has been going right I can honestly say that I’m just not about it. One thing I have learned is that it is okay to not be okay. I don’t know if you need to hear this, but I am here to tell you what you should know.

You should know that your emotions and vulnerability are a gift.

You should know that crying does not mean you are weak.

You should know that you’re amazing and no one can take that away from you.

You should know that everything happens for a reason.

You should know that things will only go up from here.

You should know that life will throw curveballs your way just to help you get stronger.

You should know that you don’t need others to make you happy.

You should know that you are loved and have so much potential.

These are some of the things that I remind myself of. Strength is letting yourself hurt until you don’t hurt anymore. I am not trying to get deep, because honestly, I am not a deep girl, but I just wanted to make sure that you’re okay. Whoever you are, whoever is reading this, you must know that you will be okay.
