How To Recover From Spring Break

They say time flies when you’re having fun, but why does spring break have to go by so fast!? It can be hard to get into your normal routine after taking a break for a week, but I have a few tips to help with that!

1. Print out pictures from your break

Whether or not you went away on a vacation or you just went home, I am sure that you have pictures from your break. I love taking pictures and every once in a while I like to print them out and put them around my room

2. Stay motivated

I know that after spring break it can be hard to return to classes and your normal routine, but summer is just around the corner! Spring is my favorite season as the weather gets nicer.

3. Get fit

I know this one can be difficult – I am terrible at keeping exercise part of my everyday routine, but I am trying to do better. Working out is a good way to get your mind off things, and the endorphins make you feel better. Even if you only do something simple like walk for 30 minutes at least it is something!

4. Stay organized

I love writing things down on sticky notes. I have a bad memory so if I randomly think of something that I have to do, I am sure to write it down. I also like to use planners. I have one that has a list of things that need to be done for everyday of the week. I swear by them. I do not think I would be able to manage college classes and activities without them!

5. Have fun

Make sure to make these last few weeks of school count! Get active on campus and meet new people.

Spring break may be over, but don’t worry- Summer break is around the corner. I can’t wait for the warmer weather and some time off from school!
