Kelsey Sorenson is an elementary education student at the U, just finishing her sophomore year. The last two semesters have brought great things for her as she has begun volunteering in classrooms and serving as a peer advisor for the LEAP Program.
She also just married the love of her life. She and her husband were married over fall break and immediately skipped out on Utah’s weather to honeymoon in Hawaii.
Besides her love for children, teaching and learning, Kelsey is very passionate about music. She sang in a choir and even played guitar in a band called Gutter Muppets! A busy woman who excels at school, work and home, Kelsey has a bright personality and a contagious smile.
