Halloween shops you can’t miss!

This article is written by a student writer from the Her Campus at Utah chapter.

Ladies, do you have your Halloween costumes yet?! Maybe you’ve pieced a few things together but still need that last accessory? Think it’s getting too late to order online? Well, fear no more! There are several local shops right around town with last minute items you can pick up in person.

Halloween City is located right downtown on 389 west and 1830 south. They have adult costumes starting at $12.99! They also carry decorations and supplies for Halloween parties, such as fog machines, drinkware and themed packages for decorations.

Spirit Halloween is a little bit farther away but still has some great deals! They are located in Layton at 879 west Hill Field Road. If you are looking to order a costume and have it before Halloween, they’re offering $9.99 second day shipping, but you’ll need to order quickly! Also, as soon as I entered the site, a coupon code for 20% off came up.

Love Culture is a clothing store located on the east block of the City Creek Mall. They have a huge selection of Halloween accessories! If you’re looking for an accessory that can be your costume, like a masquerade mask or funny glasses, I would stop here first. Many of their options are under $15, too!

I know it’s getting late to find your last minute accessories, but I would stop by Ross or TJ Maxx this weekend to see what Halloween items they have left. I found fake eye lashes, costume makeup and cute fishnet tights at both stores for $3. You might not go to Ross looking for these types of items, but they’re less likely to run out and they’re often cheaper than at specialty or drug stores!

Have a happy and safe Halloween, ladies!
