The Book Sale Collegiettes Cannot Miss

This article is written by a student writer from the Her Campus at Utah chapter.

Girls, this week is National Friends of the Library Week! Okay, so maybe that isn’t really relevant to us… But a huge book sale at the Salt Lake City Public Library is! The library puts on the sale only twice a year so when it happens there are rows and rows of amazing books for sale at super cheap prices. If you’re looking to take a semester off to travel I highly recommend coming to this sale because they have a whole section of travel books just waiting to be bought up and used. There is pretty much a great section of books on anything you can imagine whether it’s fiction, history, science, cooking, art, whatever it is that interests you its worth coming down to the library to take a look. On the last day you can also walk out with a box full of free magazines like Allure, Cosmo, Marie Claire, etc. Here is the schedule for sale prices:

PUBLIC SALE Fri, Oct 23, 9am–6pm Sat, Oct 24, 9am–6pm

• 1/2 Price Day Sun, Oct 25, 1–5pm

• 1/2 Price Day Mon, Oct 26, 9am–9pm

• Bargain Day Tue, Oct 27, 9am–9pm

• Bag Day

If you have the time I would recommend going on the first day because that’s when all the good books are there. Scope it out and pick up the ones you’re dying to have. Then return later on Bargain Day to finish out your shopping spree! Have fun collegiettes <3
