Fall Recipe: Brown Sugar Pecans

Looking for a good fall or winter recipe that will warm you up and cooks in just one hour? Check out this recipe for Brown Sugar Pecans, that has hardly any cleanup time. This will defintely bring a smile to any holiday party.
 

Ingredients:
1lb whole pecans
1 egg white
1 tsp. water
 
Directions
·         Mix/beat egg and water – add pecans coating all evenly
·         In large Ziploc bag, mix:
o   ½ cup brown sugar
o   ½ cup white sugar
o   1 tsp. cinnamon
o   ½ tsp. nutmeg
o   ½ tsp. salt
o   Mix all ingredients well!
·         Add pecans to bag- coating all
·         Place pecans on cookie sheet with sides laying out flat
·         Bake at 250* for 1 hour- turning every 15 minutes
·         Let cool for 10 minutes
