What are you wearing today?

Jacket from YSL, T-shirt from Versace, the pants are from a random online company (I don’t really know the brand), and my shoes are from Christian Louboutin.

Where do you get your fashion inspiration from?

I feel like I get a lot of my fashion inspiration from random people I see on the street. Sometimes online because a lot of my friends tag me in random things on Instagram and then I get ideas of what pieces to wear together.

Is there one item in your closet right now that you are in love with?

I feel like a lot of my biker style jeans and sweats are my go to because they are trendy right now.

What is your motivation everyday to dress up for school?

When you come to school in sweats, you are tired and you’re dressed like you’re at home. I don’t get that energy when I’m here. I always get up early and get dressed that way I won’t be sleepy in class because to be honest I know how relaxing sweats are. Plus, when you dress up and then go home and take your clothes off it’s so relieving. Dressing up is pretty intense sometimes.

What would you tell people who may judge you based on your outfit?

To me, fashion is like looking at a piece of art; it depends on the person and how they see fashion. Let’s say I like a certain genre of music but another person doesn’t, it doesn’t invalidate that person’s opinion. Style is just like that. A lot of people at school judge me as if I’m just throwing on expensive clothes but I don’t think the price of the clothing matters; it’s how you wear it, how you try to pull it off. It’s not always about the price of clothing but rather how you coordinate and wear it.
