So, you know those little glasses of the most disgusting uber green juice that make you cringe worse than a shot of tequila?

Well it just so happens that wheatgrass has an extraordinary amount of benefits.

Reasons why you should make wheatgrass a daily occurrence in your life:

1. Revitalize Skin: Wheatgrass can regenerate skin cells, making it beneficial to your complexion. A shot of wheatgrass daily can help overcome eczema and skin dryness and it also clear up acne.  

2. Clear Sinus Congestion: Who would have thought, a shot of wheatgrass daily or even just inhaling the smell of wheatgrass helps to clear sinuses.

3. Treats Sunburn: Wheatgrass has the ability to accelerate the healing process of sunburn. To treat a sunburn, dab a small amount of wheatgrass juice on to a cotton ball or Q-tip and gently rub on to your sunburn. Let the wheatgrass rest on your skin for a few minutes then gently wash it off.

4. Cleanses The Liver: Wheatgrass is most importantly known for the cleansing effect it has on the liver. With its detoxifying properties, nutrients, and enzymes, wheatgrass is capable of restoring and revitalizing the liver.
