Describe yourself in three words.

Friendly, adventurous, and fun.

What’s your dream job?

Become a well-known scientist.

Why Geology?

Ever since I was a kid I’ve been a science lover. I remember thinking to myself “Oh, I want to be an astronaut,” but that was like a little secret of mine. When I went to the beach or to a river I would always look for shells and rocks to collect; I even have a shelf at home filled with them. I realized Geology involves other science subjects I really like (Chemistry and Physics) and decided it was the winning option. Honestly, I don’t regret it. I love it!

What engaged you to pursue modeling?

I watched a lot of America’s Next Top Model but didn’t consider modeling until I quitted ballet and volleyball. My mom suggested it and gave it try. Modeling is more of a hobby I really enjoy; I’ve never seen it as a profession.

I’ve been modeling for four years now and have grown a lot because it helped me build up more confidence and be less shy. Modeling has given me various experiences like being a part of the New York Fashion Week. Currently, I teach the Post Workshop (“Taller Post”) which emphasizes in photography; how to pose for photoshoots and not feel weird or uncomfortable when doing so.

Fun facts about yourself.

I love baking sweets and desserts.

Out of all the sports out there, my favorite is archery.

What are some of your favorite memories?

The time I went to the Red Hot Chili Peppers’ concert which is my favorite band; I was the happiest person. Also when I modeled at the New York Fashion Week last year and when I won second place (silver medal) at an archery competition.

Always follow your dreams, even if it seems super difficult. It’s normal to have obstacles in the way but they help you grow as a person and they’re essential to realize that it may not be easy but, at the same time, it’s not impossible. If you set yourself to do it, you can. It’s a matter of how much effort you put in the things you do.
