Welcome back to my travels to Spain! After leaving Southend airport in London, we flew into Spain, which was only a two-hour flight. It took us another two hours to drive down to their apartment near Los Alcazaras which is on the east coast of Spain. We spent 7-8 days here just relaxing and spending time with my boyfriend’s other brother Shaun and his beautiful girlfriend Maria. While in Spain, we spent a lot of time on the beach which was less than two miles from their apartment. My boyfriend and I rode bikes down to the beach once, but we were not in shape at all for that adventure. On the strip at the beach they have multiple little tapas bars; the food at these places were so good. My ultimate favorite was the Papas Braves, which were potatoes trenched in tons of olive oil and garlic. In town there was a strip known as the 504. This place consisted of lots of restaurants, gift shops, and outdoor vendors. I bought lots of postcards and keychains for my family at these places.  One day we went to the mud baths, which where a few miles away. The mud here is supposed to be a miracle healing product that people have been covering their bodies in for decades. This kind of grossed me out, but I still had to experience it once in my life. We took an excursion to Murcia on one of our last days in Spain. This city was very beautiful, there was a lot of detail in the architecture. They also had a huge stadium in the middle of the city that’s used for the bull races. Overall, Spain was wonderful. That landscape is breathtaking and there is always something to do in the city at night.
