  1. I was born in Omaha, Nebraska–aka the Corn Husker state. Go Big Red!…or something like that.

  2. Since 2015 I have travelled to over five European countries including England, France, Spain, Scotland, and Monaco. My favorite country that I have visited is France.

  3. I have nine piercings, eight in my ears and one in my nose. I love piercings.

  4. My favorite board games are Monopoly and Scrabble. Growing up my mom and I would play Monopoly for hours on the living room floor and that’s easily one of my favorite childhood memories.

  5. I’ve met three rappers in the past three years. I met Andre 3000 at an airport in New Jersey, Speech from Arrested Development at an event on campus at UNT, and Common at an event on campus.

  6. Though I was born in Nebraska, I’ve lived in north Texas for 20 years, since I was two years old. For better or for worse, north Texas is home.

  7. My favorite Disney character is Winnie the Pooh and I mean, what’s not to love? A teddy bear that hangs with his friends, eats honey and wears crop tops? Yes please.

  8. I prefer Adidas over Nike and I will take this to the grave. Ya’ll’s king Drake might preach “checks over stripes,” but it’s just the opposite for me.

  9. I prefer cold weather to hot weather. I always tend to be a bit warm so cold weather offers some relief from that. Plus, I just have more fun in cold weather, my fashion, for instance, tends to thrive more in winter versus summer.

  10. My favorite mixed drink is a Sex on the Beach. I had one for the first time when I was travelling abroad in Nice, France. I would say it tastes comparable to an alcoholic Capri Sun.

My name is Alexandria but people close to me call me Alex! I am Omaha, Nebraska born and Flower Mound, Texas raised! I love north Texas and consider it my forever home. I love to travel and have been to a handful of countries including England, France and Monaco. I am a francophone and francophile and my dream job is to teach school kids the French language. My hobbies include traveling, writing, reading and recreational sports. The future is female and Black Lives Matter. Go Mean Green!
