I’ve been wrestling since I was seven.
What was the highlight of your high school career?
The highlight of my high school career would have to be when I won a state title my senior year.

What is your favorite part of being a Husker wrestler?
I like being around other people who are working towards the same goal. My teammates and I push each other every day in hopes to win a title.
What was the highlight of this season?
The highlights of my season was winning the South Dakota State Daktronics tournament and also getting the chance to travel with Varsity.
Who is your wrestling icon and why?
My wrestling icon would have to be John Smith because I’ve watched films on him throughout my career and he has had a huge impact on how I view wrestling.
What was your reaction toward wrestling being possibly cut from the Olympics?
At first I was really upset because wrestling has been a part of the Olympics from the very beginning. However, now I’m not worried. The wrestling community has joined together to provide a significant force in overturning the decision.
