Hey y’all,

As we all progress through this quarantine, I think it is safe to say that some of us have become master binger. I can’t count how many new shows, new movies, and some throwback movies I have watched on Netflix Party with my friends over the endless nights of the pandemic. I did start to notice when I can’t find something new to watch, I also turn to the same 3 shows…and I have no problem with confessing to it…

1. New Girl

20th Century Fox Television / Giphy

I mean common! Anyone who hasn’t watched this show needs to hop on and binge it now. With Zooey Deschanel being the sunshine of the show, Jess, it’s relatable to me. Watching the friendships and relationships among the characters develop and being able to relate those to me and my guy friends. It’s fun, it’s real life, and it is always a go to.

2. The Office

This one is just a classic, I bet I’ll have some people rolling their eyes at this one- but the humor in this show! When I first watched this show, I couldn’t get into it. It took me a couple tries to really see the humor behind it all, once I understood I thought it was hysterical! I’m a sucker for sarcasm, quirky pranks and the funniest love stories you’ll come to know. It’ll make you laugh, it’ll make you cry and the best part is the episodes are short, a mere 20 minutes, so there is always things happening, things changing. It sure is easy to binge 5 or 6 episodes real quick though.

3. Grey’s Anatomy

American Broadcasting Company and Canva

Well my love for this show started back in the winter break of 7th grade. Now this is when Netflix was just really starting to get popular, I mean my family always rented the DVD’s from Netflix, but once there was an app and everything I absolutely binged Grey’s- and I mean like almost finished the seasons that were out (I believe it was 8 or 9 at the time) all within the break. I know the outsides and insides of this show, have watched it at least 4 or 5 times through. The best part of this show is the emotion, no matter how many times I’ve seen an episode, I still cry, laugh, or gasp at whatever injury is going through the doors. I love watching a show for the thrills.
