In honor of March being around the corner I thought it would be appropriate to do a list of a few things to do in Dublin. After spending a semester abroad in Dublin, I learned a thing or two about Ireland.

Temple Bar District

After spending many nights out on the town I learned that the Temple Bar District was definitely one of my favorite places. Although it may be more expensive than other areas of the city, it is so worth it. Whether it is the real Temple Bar, Quay’s, or Auld Dubliner you are sure to have a good time. You will meet people from all over the world. Being from Boston, I met a ton of other Bostonians in that area. Along with the great night life, the street art is also beautiful. No matter what, you are sure to have a good time.

Howth Cliff Walk

This is by far one of my favorite things I got to do in Dublin. Although it may seem intimidating, the walk is super doable. It has beautiful views no matter how far along you get. The area also has great restaurants like The Doghouse. The whole area is a lot like Portsmouth as it has boats all around.

Guinness Storehouse/Jameson Distillery

While some might say they are tourist attractions, they are must-do in Dublin. The Guinness Storehouse has a cool aspect where you get to put your face on a beer. While the Jameson Distillery like you do whiskey tasting. Both are super fun things to do while in Dublin. The storehouse is on the south side of the River Liffey while the distillery is on the north. Both are easy and fun things to do with a group of friends!
