If you’re like me, you love treating yourself every once in a while, but you also know it can be really difficult to do on a college student’s budget. Although we broke college students might not have the means to go on a full-fledged shopping spree or eat at the most expensive restaurant in town, there are some cheaper options that can help you save money.

Here are six inexpensive ways to treat yourself:

1. Have a movie marathon

Netflix is filled with great options for movie-lovers, and it’s especially nice when you’re too exhausted from being awesome all week to do anything but sit on the couch. Grab some popcorn and spend the night watching your favorite flicks!

2. Cook yourself a nice dinner

Take a break from eating frozen pizza and microwaveable mac n’ cheese and cook yourself an actual dinner. Plus, it’s never too late to remember what actual vegetables taste like.

3. Take a nap

It might sound overly simple, but sometimes we’re so exhausted from being in class all day that a nap is just what we need. Snuggle up with your favorite blankets and forget about the world for an hour (or two!).
