Fall In Love With These Drinks For Valentine’s Day

With Valentine’s Day approaching, people are either feeling the excitement of chocolate, love and gifts while others are dreading everything “love” related. Maybe you are spending the holiday with someone you love. Maybe you are celebrating a Galentine’s Day with a couple of gal pals and plenty of margaritas. Or maybe the love of your life is your bed and you are spending the day with Netflix and a pizza. All of those sound mighty fine except they are missing one thing: a Valentine’s Day drink!


Romance Cocktail


  • ¾ oz. Tia Maria

  • ¾ oz. Carolan’s Irish cream

  • ¾ oz. dark creme de cacao

  • 1 oz. heavy cream

Combine the ingredients into a shaker with ice. Shake and strain into a martini. Add a few cherries on a toothpick as a garnish to add a red pop to the drink. If you like a mocha flavor with a hint of caramel, this drink is sure to be a Valentine’s Day hit!


Soft Love Cocktail

Ingredients :

  • ¾ oz. creme de bananes

  • ¾ oz. cherry vodka

  • ¾ oz. heavy whipping cream

  • 1 tsp. Grenadine

Sweet and chocolatey not really your thing! This fruity drink will remind you of a bright red and orange setting sun and is perfect to set the romantic mood. Pour the ingredients into a shaker filled halfway with ice. Shake and strain into your favorite cocktail drink. Enjoy!

  • 2 orange slices

  • 6 cranberries

  • 1.5 oz. of vodka

  • 4 oz. of Prosecco

  • Garnish with orange twist and 3 cranberries

What would a romantic holiday be without a little champagne? Try out this fruity drink with a little bubbly! In a cocktail shaker, muddle the fig, the orange and the cranberries with the vodka to get those fruity flavors. Add ice to the shaker and shake well. Next, strain the drink into a flute and top it off with the Prosecco. Garnish the top off with the remaining fruit and enjoy!
