If you haven’t been up to the 28th floor of University Hall, I highly recommend it. Although, I do recommend going during the day before 6. This picture was the reason for a very long night after I left my wallet up there and after an hour of waiting for someone with the right key to the shut-down elevator, conversing with a few UIC police, and being late for work. The wallet was in my bag the whole time.This beautiful view was totes worth it.
