Always looking for an excuse to not go to the gym? …. “I have too much homework,”….  “I could be doing better things,” … “I want to see my friend I haven’t seen in forever,” … “I want to go see my boyfriend,”…. Well, STOP! Your body is yours for the rest of your life and good health starts NOW! Get off Facebook, put a half hour hold on seeing your friend or boyfriend, and better yourself. I researched the quickest, easiest exercises to give you maximum results. I even gave you exercises that can be done indoors without any equipment so now that “Oh, but its cold out and snowing,” excuse won’t work. Quit being lazy, and I can promise you that these exercises will make you feel so much better about your body. Just think of how much hotter you’ll look in your cute outfits when you have an even hotter body underneath it all!

To give your upper back and neck some tone, take a towel; roll it so that it is at its longest horizontal. Grasp the towel behind your head, on either end and stretch it as tight as possible without putting stress on your neck. Lift up and down twelve times. Do three reps.

For your booty, try this easy exercise. Lay flat on the ground, arms flat on either side of you, legs slightly bent, though keep feet firmly on ground.  Lift your abs and lower back. Hold. Then let yourself slowly down, but do not touch your butt to the ground until you have done 14 lifts. Repeat twice.

And then there is the classic leg squat. This is a simple exercise that you all have learned at some point in your life, whether it be gym class in middle school or a sport team. It works wonders. Not only does it strengthen your legs and give them nice tone, it also helps with your posture. Sit against a wall, back completely straight and legs at a 90 degree angle. Hold for as long as possible. Repeat 3 times. Try to hold longer each time exercise is repeated.

This may seem like nothing, but it will work wonders. Tone your arms, abs, and legs with these three simple exercises and soon you will be looking and feeling great!
