Product Review: College Boots

This article is written by a student writer from the Her Campus at UFL chapter.

Nothing goes better with a gameday outfit than a cute pair of boots to accessorize and show off your southern flair. College Boots by Nocona Boots were the perfect addition to showing my Gator pride around campus. I find it really hard to find boots comfortable enough to wear around campus, but these were perfect. I wore them brand new with skinny jeans and a Gator T-shirt, and it was perfect for the cold weather.

Here are some pros and cons about the boots:

Pros: stylish, comfortable, and well formed to the legs

Cons: The tread wasn’t worn in, so they were a bit slippery. It took some getting used to, but once you break them in, the tread will prevent slipping.

The front of the boots has a square toe and perfect for those of us with wide feet. I fully expected blisters or sore feet wearing them from 6-9 p.m., but I’m blister-free. I would highly recommend them for anyone looking for some Gator flair. They run at about $200, but they are long lasting and sturdily built.
