What are you involved in on campus? I’m an executive officer of Pi Kappa Alpha, one of the IFC fraternities here at UCSD.
What is your favorite food? Its hard to pick just one, but if I had to I’d have to go with a Vallarta’s California Burrito.
If you could go anywhere in the world, where would you go? I wouldn’t want to go there now because of all the unrest in the region, but one day I really want to visit Iraqi Kurdistan. It’s unique in that it is probably one of the most progressive autonomous regions in the Middle East and I’d like to see what its like living under a Western-style parliamentary democracy with a local culture that is so incredibly different from what I have grown up in.
What’s your ideal perfect date? As a huge basketball fan, my ideal perfect date would be to go to a Los Angeles Clippers game, immediately followed by street tacos from the food trucks around Staples Center.
What’s something on your college bucket list? I really want to study abroad for at least a year outside the U.S.
Favorite pick-up line? “Are you from Tennessee?…or would you still date me even if I wasn’t your cousin?”
What’s your biggest goal for this upcoming school year? Make it even more memorable than last year.
