This article is written by a student writer from the Her Campus at UCSB chapter.

Name: Omari Harmon

Age: 19

Major: Communication / Film & Media Studies

Hometown: Salisbury, Maryland

Relationship Status: Single

Celebrity Crush: Nat Wolff and Brett Dier (from Jane the Virgin)

Tell me about yourself: I’m on the women’s lacrosse team, I work at IV Drip, I’m a campus rep for Victoria’s Secret Pink and I’ve recently taught myself how to play guitar.

A sign of you is hanging outside IV Drip, how does it feel to be the poster girl: It’s cool to be known on campus and around IV. I’ve also been recognized as “the IV Drip Girl” at parties.

Favorite music: I like Jack Ü and Major Lazer.

Favorite restaurant in IV: South Coast Deli – their Cobb Salad is a dank fest.

Where can people find you on the weekend: At IV Drip or at a lacrosse game, or if I have free time hanging with my friends.

Fashion must have: Beanies and oversized jean jacket.

What’s been your favorite part of going to UCSB: Being on the lacrosse team because I’ve met a lot of really cool friends, and have been able to travel around the West Coast.

How has it been being an out of state student: It’s been great, California is way better than Maryland. It has made me really appreciate living here and the laidback culture.

How many phones have you had this year: 5 and I took my current phone from my little brother.

Hey I'm Sydney. 4th year Global Studies Major with a Minor in French. I love human rights, playing lacrosse and eating burritos.
