Summer is on its way, and even though we may not live in an area with drastic seasonal shifts, the temperatures still rise, we have an increase in sun exposure, and we sometimes even experience a classic “June Gloom.”

Yep, Santa Barbara is officially on its way to a warmer and drier climate – which means sweat and SPF will soon be clogging our pores and causing acne flare-ups, and a mix of the sun and AC will continue to dry our already-irritated skin.

So, now is the perfect time to add some new products to our summer skincare routine, and make sure that our skin will stay clean and well-cared for.

2-in-1 Foam Cleanser

If you’re anything like me, I’m sure you’ve noticed little bumps popping up on your skin as a result of the weather warming up. In order to care for the increase of oil and sweat this summer, it’s important to establish a good skin regimen.

Using Estée Lauder’s 2-in-1 Foam Cleanser from its new Nutritious skin care line both in the morning and at night helps ensure you’re keeping your skin clean. The formula is nutrient-rich and non-acnegenic, meaning it won’t contribute to the clogging of your pores. If your skin needs an extra boost, you can even use it as a mask a few times a week!

Nutritious Melting Soft Créme/Mask

Now to tackle that dry skin. Along with keeping yourself hydrated and using SPF throughout the day, you should also make sure that you’re keeping your skin hydrated, too. Using a moisturizer like Estée Lauder’s Nutritious Melting Soft Créme/Mask is key. It’s a nutrient-rich, hydrating moisturizer that calms, hydrates, and strengthens skin barriers. And, because moisturizer keeps the water on your skin locked in, I’d recommend using it within five minutes of washing your face with the 2-in-1 Foam Cleanser.

Add this perfect duo to your skincare routine right now for those summer days we have coming. Have a great summer!
