Whether you had a late night cramming for your midterm or just woke up from a peaceful slumber, get a great start to your day by doing the following:
- Eat a good breakfast! The “Hampton” on a garlic bagel from Bagel Cafe, pictured here, was just what we needed to recharge our brain and rejuvenate our bodies.
- Go out and get some sun.Ā UV rays have been shown to boost one’s mood and energy level. (And we could definitelyĀ use some of that before class.)
- Take some time for yourself.Ā As busy college students, we tend to get stressed out easily. Take it easy, and use the beautiful scenery near our campus to your advantage!
