Why did you choose to come to UCF all the way from California? Well I chose UCF for Rosen initially, but other factors went into that as well. I was looking for something different from what I knew, and I enjoy a challenge, and moving from the big CA to Florida has definitely proven to be a challenge.
Tell us about your job and what you like most about it: I work for on campus catering, so basically any event that takes place on campus, we provide the food and beverages, and we also take orders at the VIP suites in the arena and the stadium. I love everything about the job, the hours are long and the work is hard, but getting to interact with people and my great coworkers make it worth it, plus all the left over food doesn’t hurt!
Favorite memory at UCF: My favorite memory at UCF would have to have been my very first UCF Football home game. I had never been to a college football game before and to experience it all was simply amazing. All the school pride and the people and the tailgating; it was and continues to be my favorite thing at UCF.
Perfect Date: Anything would be a great date for me if I can laugh and feel comfortable. It doesn’t matter where or what we do just as long as I can laugh and have a good time.
Dream Job: My dream job is working for myself – having and owning my own businesses.
