Every now and then I find myself craving a good Rom-Com story to read. Romance combined with comedy allows me to seek an escape that keeps me engaged and entertained, and often we need that when we are trying to decompress and relax after a hectic week. Below are three rom coms you should check out whenever the mood strikes you.

Both will indulge in teaching the other their writing and research process while also allowing for each of them to meet their deadline and escape their writer’s block. Romance ensues and old memories of each other are brought to the surface, showcasing a beautiful story with a second-chance romance. If you are looking for a funny, witty, adorable romance this is one you should definitely check out! It holds so many tropes and the banter will keep you laughing and engaged. It’s a story that keeps you hooked from the first page and you will find that its story you will come back to because of how beautiful and heartwarming it is.
2. The Love Hypothesis by Ali Hazelwood
Olive Smith is a third year PhD candidate who doesn’t believe in lasting love. However, she is suddenly thrusted into a fake dating scenario when having to convince her best friend she is dating and goes into straight panic mode, kissing the first person she finds. She ends up kissing a young professor who goes by the name Adam Carlson, who is known to be a broody and intimidating professor. It escalates from there and you soon will find yourself engrossed in the entirety of the story as it hits all the famous tropes. The slow burn romance is so entertaining to read, it will leave you both elated and emotional when it ends.
3. Red, White, and Royal Blue by Casey McQuiston
The story centers around a secret romance between the Prince of England, Prince Henry and the First Son, Alex Claremont-Diaz. The story follows the rivals to lovers trope and we follow a romance that is witty, funny, endearing, and captivating.
