Hidden talent: Can turn my tongue into a three leaf clover ;)

Dream role: You know I don’t actually have one… Just to be working on something that I love, I suppose.

Favourite quote: “Tomorrow we will run faster, stretch out our arms farther… And one fine morning-“

Theatre and Film UBC

What made you decide to get involved with UBC Theatre and Film, and what capacities are/have you been involved in? I liked it the best out of the options for completing a BFA in Theatre in Vancouver, and I have been apart of shows here at UBC both on the MainStage and the Dorothy Somerset Studio, since 2014 and will continue to do so until the end of the school year. I’m also stoked to be apart of UBC’s second annual Naked Cinema piece to work in conjunction with the Film department!

Who are the actors that you look up to? Logan Lerman, Dakota Fanning and Keira Knightley to name a few.

What are some of your favourite theatrical productions, and why? Phantom of the Opera I would say is my one “safe” favourite. It’s the most well known and every time it is done you know you will be guaranteed for the extravagant and fun spectacle that it is. I absolutely love it.

Any upcoming projects? Yes! We have one more week of The Tenant of Wildfell Hall on at the Freddy Wood Theatre this October 14-17th and also the rest of the shows of the season! Eurydice by Sarah Ruhl, Naked Cinema directed by Tom Scholte, and Arabian Nights by Mary Zimmerman.
