This Thanksgiving is going to be a good one. I can feel it. This is the time of realizing what you’re thankful for and appreciating all the things you have, small or big. Here is a list of what I’m thankful for this holiday. Happy Thanksgiving!

1. Family

Obviously at the top of the list is how thankful I am for my family. I am lucky enough to be around both of my siblings this semester at school and they have supported me so much this semester. I also have wonderful parents and grandparents who I love seeing when I go back home. I am especially thankful for the opportunity to see them during the holidays, since I don’t get to see them year round. I get to enjoy the company of various aunts, uncles, and cousins as well which is always fun.

2. Food

I think food naturally comes next in line. I love to cook and knowing that it brings joy to other people makes it all the better. Of course eating it is also amazing.

3. My Car

I know this might seem odd, but it allows me to see my family and travel to the grocery store to buy food and many other things. I can go to see my siblings or to Walmart, all with the ease of my car. It allows me to go to many happy places and do happy things with people I love.

4. My Pets

I love going home to see my pets. They are a source of my joy and they are always so excited to see me. I am also excited to see them and cuddle them and know that they are still being taken care of. I miss them, but I love it when I get to see them.
