New Years Resolution: Fitness Class Roundup

It’s easy to break a New Year’s fitness resolution if your routine is, well, a little too routine. To keep your motivation high and your regime exciting, try some of these local classes tailored specifically for women. Pottruck will be waiting when you get back.

1. Shapely Girl Fitness

On Monday evenings and Saturday mornings, check out a kepilates class, taught by Shapely Girl founder Debra Mazda at her Center City studio. With 25 minutes each of kettleballs, cardio and pilates, it will burn calories while toning those muscles.

3. Platinum Pole Dance Studio

If your goal is a sexy body, what better way to achieve it than with a sexy class? Learn how to grip, climb and swing around a pole while building strength and flexibility at a Pole Basics Intro session. The studio also offers burlesque, strip tease and chair dance classes throughout the week.

5. Philly Dance Fitness
