Last weekend, the Office of Student Affairs took a group of 26 Penn student leaders to Fellowship Farm near Pottstown, Pennsylvania to participate in the Leadership Training Weekend. We learned about the responsibilities of leadership and analyzed the role of a variety of factors in leadership, including diversity, group dynamics and personality. One of the trip’s highlights was making strong and long-lasting bonds with other student leaders on campus, along with making s’mores by the bonfire!
