We would never be who we are today without our mothers. They teach us every lesson in the book, and whether we like it or not, everything they say is always right. There are millions of reasons why our mothers are the most amazing people on earth, and while we may know them already, they definitely deserve to be put into words.
1. She never gives up on you. No matter how crazy your dreams may be, she always believes that you will accomplish anything and everything.
2. She always cleans up your messes, even after she argues that she won’t do it anymore.
3. If you’re ever feeling like everyone’s last choice, call her. She’ll make you feel like the most important person in the world, because you are.
4. She will also tell you how it is. Not wearing the best outfit? She’ll let you know. If she thinks your new friend is bad news, she’s always right.
5. No matter how poorly you do on a test, she will always think you’re the most brilliant person on earth—and she won’t forget to tell you, either.
6. She will wake up in the dead of night and drive anywhere to pick you up if it means getting you home safe and sound.
7. Her lack of knowledge for modern terminology is adorable ,i.e. “Do you and your friends know about this new fad called ‘the twerk’?”
8. She has to love you forever, no matter what, because she made you.
9. You can always count on her to brag about all of your accomplishments, no matter how minimal, to anyone who will listen.
10. She taught you what it means to love someone more than life itself.
11. She’s also the strongest person you know.
12. She could practically be considered a doctor; you have no idea what you would do without her medical advice when you get sick.
13. She’s a damn rock star. Make sure you let her know that.
