7 of My Favorite Pumpkin-Flavored Items From Trader Joe’s

This article is written by a student writer from the Her Campus at U Mass Amherst chapter.

Anyone that knows me knows that I absolutely love autumn. It’s by far my favorite time of the year, and no one does fall better than the one and only Trader Joe’s. If you haven’t shopped at Trader Joe’s yet this season, you are missing out — their fall products are endless and unbeatable. There are also just so many options that you’re sure to find something you like. Their pumpkin-flavored treats are my favorite out of all their seasonal items, and I’ve been trying them all this fall. So, here’s a list of a few of my favorites:

Pumpkin Spiced Joe-Joe’s Sandwich Cookies – $4.29

This list isn’t ranked, but this is honestly probably my favorite pumpkin product at Trader Joe’s. These are basically pumpkin spice Oreos (but better), and they’re covered in a pumpkin-yogurt topping with a bit of sea salt on top. I can’t emphasize enough how good these are — go try them ASAP!

Pumpkin Spiced Teeny Tiny Pretzels – $2.99

I originally saw these all over TikTok, which is ultimately what influenced me to purchase these, and let me just say that they did not disappoint. They are exactly what the name says: teeny tiny pretzels that are covered in a pumpkin-yogurt topping just like the Joe Joe’s cookies. These are a unique treat that I haven’t seen replicated at any other stores, so definitely try to get your hands on them!

Pumpkin Rolls – $4.49

Every year, I always purchase the pumpkin-flavored cinnamon rolls, and there is simply nothing better than a chilly autumn morning with a plate full of these warm pumpkin cinnamon rolls. This is also a great treat to share with your roommates, but honestly, you’ll probably want to keep them all to yourself — they’re that good.

Pumpkin Overnight Oats – $1.99

I will say that overnight oats are definitely an acquired taste, and they’re not for everyone. The texture can be a little much for some people, but if you like overnight oats and pumpkin flavor, you will love these. Get them while you can!

Pumpkin Spice CoffeE Cups – $5.29

I never really used to drink coffee much before this fall, so once the pumpkin coffee goes out of season, I will be struggling. But for now, these pumpkin spice coffee cups are the perfect pick-me-up in the morning — and you could even add some non-dairy pumpkin oat beverage to make this the perfect fall drink.

Pumpkin Ice Cream – $4.49

Pumpkin ice cream has always been a favorite of mine, and this ice cream from Trader Joe’s is no exception. It’s super creamy and has the perfect amount of pumpkin. I personally like to add hot fudge to mine. This might seem like a weird combo, but I promise you that once you try it, you’ll be hooked!

Pumpkin Bagels – $2.69

I have to admit that I’m usually pretty boring when it comes to my bagel order. I usually just make a plain bagel with cream cheese, but I finally decided to switch it up this season, and I’m so glad I did. These bagels have the perfect amount of pumpkin without being too overpowering.

This list barely makes a dent in the amount of pumpkin products Trader Joe’s has to offer, so take a stroll through the aisles and try out some new treats! Happy Trader Joe’s fall!
