In high school I found my talent for makeup. Being a perfectionist, it only took a couple months to master my technique. Throughout my makeup journey I have discovered some products that I don’t think I will ever stop using. I hope these products prove to be as useful to you as they are to me.

  1. Baby Face by Maybelline – Baby Face is a product you put on before concealer or foundation. It smooths your face and allows your makeup to blend easier. They aren’t lying by calling it Baby Face!
  2. Bye Bye Under Eye Anti-Aging Concealer by IT Cosmetics – Bye Bye Under Eye is the best concealer I have ever used. It covers everything, rarely creases, and blends easily. Plus, it sets will with any kind of powder!
  3. Highlight in Fort De France by Nars – This highlighter stays on all day, even without setting spray. Fort De France is my favorite shade, a shimmery soft gold that looks so beautiful when the sun it out!
  4. Bronzer in Laguna by Nars – What I love about this bronzer is it works with many different skin tones. I tan frequently so I needed a shade that worked well with my fair skin AND my tan skin, and this one does it! It’s a cool tone bronzer so it isn’t orange at all and works great for contouring.
  5. All Nighter Setting Spray by Urban Decay – Walking to class in the rain and snow used to destroy my makeup, but now it stays on all day. This setting spray allows my makeup to stay on for 8+ hours!

My honorable mentions are the Rose Water Facial Spray by Mario Badescu for priming my face, the Beauty Blender for blending concealer and foundation, and Brow Ultra Slim by Maybelline for filling in my brows.
