Researchers found that you boost your immunity when you are positive and happy. The positive emotions associated with laughter decrease stress hormones and increase certain immune cells while activating others. You may feel too tired for sex, but getting busy before bed might actually help you sleep better. Some researchers found that hormonal mechanisms triggered during sexual activity help enhance sleep.

If you are looking for an excuse to get Starbucks, check our this news: New research presented at an American Association for Cancer Research conference noted that a cup of coffee a day may help reduce your risk of the world’s most common cancer – basal cell carcinoma. Women in the study who drank more than three cups of joe a day reduced their risk of the disease by 20% as opposed to the people who drank little coffee.

Italian researchers say that an ingredient in red wine, resveratrol, may stop breast cancer growth. The researchers were quick to say that red wine does not however cure breast cancer, but this research shed light on how resveratrol may be used in future breast cancer treatments.
