The winter weather in Iowa can really bring your mood down, trust me I know. So, I have created a look that will help pull you out of the cold and dreary slump! This look was inspired by my growing impatience to study abroad in France. With the desire for the exotic cuisine, the lovely rainy days of Paris, and wondrous sights to be soaked in, I bring you a look that gives a shot of color and yet is still French girl chic.
