The UConn Women’s basketball team returned home to a warm welcome at Gampel after a monumental victory over Syracuse. Our National Champions were greeted by excited fans displaying how their pride in the team’s accomplishments this season. The evening’s festivities included a speech from head coach Geno Auriemma, the addition of Morgan Tuck’s number on the Wall of Fame at Gampel, and a lot of cheering. Both the players, and even Geno himself, took pictures with their fans after the celebration concluded. We could not be more proud of our Huskies and excited to see what the future holds.
