Before you have cookies, you have cookie dough.
This delicious pre-cookie state is arguably better than the baked finished product. I personally love eating cookie dough and would take that sugar, buttery, goodness un-cooked any day; I fully support the consumption of raw cookie dough.

I know, I know. Raw eggs. I can hear mothers across the nation saying, “You’re going to get salmonella!!” But this clever cat (well, actually my mom because she knows all too well about my cookie dough consumption) found a recipe for cookie dough that doesn’t include eggs! So eat yourselves sick but not from salmonella, cookie dough lovers!

Eggless Cookie Dough

Ingredients:
1 cup flour
3/4 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup chocolate chips
1/4 cup butter, softened
1/4 cup milk
1/4 tsp. vanilla
Pinch of salt

Directions:
1. In a medium bowl, mix together the brown sugar and butter until smooth.
2. Stir in vanilla and milk.
3. Mix in the flour, salt, and chocolate chips until well blended.
4. Chill in the refrigerator for cookie dough texture.

For frozen cookie dough, line a cookie sheet with wax paper. Shape dough into balls and place in rows on the cookie sheet. Place in the freezer until frozen. After they are frozen, place them in a Ziploc bag and store in the freezer.
