Although Labor Day, Rosh Hashana, and Yom Kippur steal the spotlight in terms of September holidays, it seems only fitting to highlight a food-centric holiday here on “Mark it with a B”. As the waning days of September come to an end, be sure to infuse any and all culinary concoctions with honey in honor of National Honey Month! Packed with antioxidants, anti-bacterial qualities, and healing remedies, honey can easily be deemed a super food.
